Tanya Streeter recently (18 July) broke the mens and ladies world free dive record (122m) (see www.redefineyourlimits.com for more info about Tanya) and has been invited by the GB Ladies Elite Underwater Hockey Squad to present a breathold workshop to help us raise funds to go to the World Championships in New Zealand next year.

Tanya will be in UK on 8th and 9th November to present two 1-day clinics. The format for the clinics will be the same on both days and will consist of a motivational talk and discussion of breathing techniques/ excercises to improve lung capacity in the morning, followed by pool time in the afternoon to practice what you have been taught including static and dynamic apnea.

Date: Saturday 8th November, 11:30am-7pm OR Sunday 9th November, 9:30am-5pm (please indicate which day you would like to come on)

Price: £50 uwhockey players/£65 non-uwhockey players. Includes lunch, and manual (£15 non-refundable deposit to be paid asap to secure your place -see below. Balance by 27th October) (Tanya runs a similar clinic in the USA for £115/day so this is a VERY good deal!)

Deposit: Due to the nature of the workshop the number of people attending each day has had to be limited. Places on the course will be allocated on a first come/first serve basis and can be secured by sending a £15 non-refundable deposit to our manager, Terry Jackson.
